I have had 34 years (April 1977) of experience in real estate. I have done everything from Property Management to Project Development. My first job out of College was as Project Officer for the first successful Industrial Redevelopment Project in the country.

I was working for Urban Renewal in Manchester NH, and along with a group of five recent college graduates that didn’t accept the term “it can be done”, did the Amoskeag Millyard Redevelopment Project.

With experience is the Education that must be a part of any successful career. I hold both the GRI and CRS Real Estate Designations. Less than 5% of Realtors nationwide hold the CRS Designation. I constantly expand my knowledge through in house, Regional, and on line training sessions. I recently completed a 9 hour course dealing exclusively with Short Sales from both the Seller and Buyer perspectives.
